端粒酶活性在肝炎后肝硬化恶变趋势中的意义

摘    要:目的 探讨端粒酶活性在肝炎后肝硬化向肝细胞性肝癌转化过程中的临床意义。方法 采用端粒重复序列扩增法对 2 7例肝炎后肝硬化 (A组 )、9例肝细胞性肝癌 癌组织 (B组 )、癌旁肝硬化组织 (C组 )和非癌旁肝硬化组织 (D组 ) ]、5例肝良性肿瘤 (E组 )和 12例正常人 (F组 )的肝组织标本中端粒酶活性进行检测 ,再用半定量法对其活性强度进行评价。结果 B组端粒酶活性高于A组 ,差异有极显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;A、B、C、和D组的端粒酶活性均高于E组和F组 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但B组和C组间、A组和D组间端粒酶活性差异无统计学意义。结论 端粒酶活性在肝炎后肝硬化向肝细胞性肝癌的发展过程中不断增强 ,并在肝细胞性肝癌形成后达到最高。

Abstract:Objective To investigate clinical significance of telomerase activity degree in the process from posthepatitic cirrhosis to hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods Telomerase repeat amplification prococol assay was used to determine the telomerase activity of every hepatic specimen,including 27 cases of posthepatitic cirrhosis(group A),9 cases of tissue of HCC(group B),9 cases of adjacent cirrhosis tissue of HCC(group C),9 cases of no adjacent cirrhosis tissue of HCC(group D),5 cases of hepatic benign neoplastic diseases(group E) and 12 cases of normal hepatic tissue(group F).The intensity of telomerase activity were evaluated by the way of half quantitative analysis.Results Telomerase actitity of group B was significantly stronger than that of group A( P <0.01);and group A,B,C and D significantly stronger than that of group E and F( P <0.05);but there were no statistic significance between group B and C or group A and D.Conclusion Telomerase activity is gradually intensified in the process from posthepatitic cirrhosis to hepatocellular carcinomas and reaches climax after HCC formation.
