高效氯氰菊酯对人皮肤表皮细胞的直接刺激损害

摘    要:目的探讨高效氯氰菊酯对人皮肤表皮细胞的直接刺激损害。方法以体外浸泡式培养的人皮肤表皮细胞为生物材料,以培养基中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性为指标,检测了在不同染毒浓度条件下培养基中的LDH活性,并进行了电镜观察。结果随着染毒剂量的增加,培养基中LDH活性升高,与阴性对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);与阳性对照组相比,差异亦有统计学意义(P〈0.01);电镜观察显示,在低浓度条件下,细胞虽可保持结构完整,但表面的绒毛状突起减少,少数细胞胞核内出现空泡(水肿),细胞受到轻微损害。随染毒剂量增加,细胞胞膜破裂,细胞核溶解呈空泡状,乃至细胞大量坏死。结论高效氯氰菊酯对人皮肤表皮细胞有直接刺激损害作用,在一定条件下,可损害皮肤屏障,使其更易被吸收,造成机体中毒,应特别注意劳动防护。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the direct and contactive impair of Beta-cypermethrin on epidermic cells of human skin. Methods The epidermic cells of human skin cultured in the medium were adopted as a biological material.The activity of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)was used as an indicator.The activities of LDH in the medium in different Beta-cypermethrin dosages were tested.An electronic microscopic survey was carried out. Results It was found that the activity of LDH in the medium increased with the increase of Beta-cypermethrin dosage.The LDH activities of Beta-cypermethrin groups were statistically different from those of(positive) and negative control groups.The electronic microscopic survey showed that the impair of the epidermic cells became more severe with the increase of Beta-cypermethrin dosage,which includes the cell membrane broken,dissolution of nuclei and the necrosis of cells.(Conclusion Beta-cypermethrin) can exert direct and contactive impair over epidermic cell of human skin.Beta-cypermethrin can be absorbed into the body easily and cause body poisoning,when the skin barrier is damaged.
