羟乙基淀粉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性分水岭脑梗死的疗效

目的观察羟乙基淀粉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性分水岭脑梗死的疗效。方法87例急性分水岭脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组46例,对照组41例。治疗组用羟乙基淀粉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗,对照组用奥扎格雷钠治疗。治疗前及治疗后14d神经功能缺损程度评分并判断疗效。结果治疗后14d两组患者神经功能缺损评分较治疗前均有改善（均P〈0.01）,治疗组神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）;治疗组患者神经功能缺损评分减少值明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）。两组均无明显不良反应。结论羟乙基淀粉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性分水岭脑梗死疗效显著,安全有效。

Curative effects of hydroxyethyl starch combined with ozagrel sodium for acute cerebral watershed in-farction

Objective To observe the effect of hydroxyethyl starch combined with ozagrel sodium in treatment of acute cerebral watershed infarction.Methods Eighty-seven patients with acute cerebral watershed infarction were randomly divided into two groups.Forty-six cases in the combined treatment group were given hydroxyethyl starch and ozagrel sodium,while Forty-one cases in the control group were only given ozagrel sodium.Neural Function defecient scale（NDS） was evaluated and compared before and after fourteen day’s treatment between the two groups.Results In two groups there were significant differences in NDS between before and after the treatment（ P〈0.01）.NDS decreased significantly in treatment group.The treatment effect in treatment group is higher than control group（P〈0.01）.The reduced value of NDS in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group.There were no obvious adverse effect in two groups.Conclusion Hydroxyethyl starch combinedwith ozagrel sodium in the treatment of acute cerebral watershed infarction is effective and safe.
