摘    要:目的探讨冠心病与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法应用高频彩色多普勒超声检测80例冠心病患者的双侧颈动脉粥样硬化斑块、颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)及僵硬系数(β),并与对照组进行比较。结果冠心病组与对照组斑块发生率分别为86.2%和25.0%,前者显著多于后者(P〈0.005);冠心病组软斑构成比显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),而扁平斑和硬斑显著低于对照组(P〈0.01);冠心病组与对照组比较,前者颈动脉IMT、β显著高于后者(P〈0.05)。颈动脉IMT与β呈正相关(r=0.785,P〈0.05)。结论颈动脉粥样硬化与冠心病密切相关,可作为预测及评价冠心病的重要指标之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between coronary artery disease (CAD) and carotid atherosclerosis. Methods Eighty patients with CAD were enrolled in this study, their hibateral carotid artery atherosclerotic plaque, IMT and stiffness index (β) were measured by high frequency ultrasound, then the results were compared with control group. Results The incidence rate in CAD group and control group was 85.2% and 25.0%, there was significant difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0.005), the constituent ratio of soft plaques in CAD group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the constituent ratio of fiat plaques and hard plaques in CAD group was significant lower than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). IMT and Stiffness index (β) in CAD group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05), and there was positive correlation between IMT and Stiffness index (β) ( r = 0. 785, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion There is close correlation between CAD and carotid atherosclerosis, and carotid atherosclerosis can be used as one of the important indexes to predict and evaluate CAD.
