翼状胬肉手术治疗研究进展

翼状胬肉是一种仅见于人类的常见的眼表疾病之一。其发病机制有多种不同的解释,临床治疗效果不尽人意,复发率较高。几十年来国内外学者对该疾病的手术治疗方法做了大量的研究,以期达到更小的手术损伤和更低的复发率。传统手术方法损伤大,复发率较高。激光治疗具有手术损伤小、安全性高的优点,但其远期疗效,复发率及与其他方法如丝裂霉素,羊膜等联合治疗的效果有待观察。
