他克莫司软膏治疗斑块状寻常型银屑病18例

目的 观察他克莫司软膏治疗斑块状寻常型银屑病的，临床疗效及安全性。方法 将36例斑块状银屑病患者随机分治疗组和对照组各18例，治疗组采用0．1％他克莫司软膏和尿素软膏外涂，bid，共治疗4周；对照组用糠酸莫美松软膏和尿素软膏外涂，bid，共治疗4周。用PASI积分评价疗效，并观察不良反应。结果 治疗组治疗结束时有效率为94．4％，对照组为66．7％（P〈0．05）。治疗组起效时间平均约为10d，对照组为14d。治疗组发生皮肤刺激反应5例（27．8％）。结论 他克莫司软膏外用治疗斑块状寻常型银屑病具有良好疗效和安全性。

Tacrolimus Ointment in the Topical Treatment of 18 Cases of Plaque Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of 0.1% tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of plaque psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Thirty-six patients were randomized equally into 2 groups.The treatment group was treated topically with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment plus 10% urea ointment,bid.The control group,with mometasone furoate plus 10% urea ointment,bid,the course of treatment all lasting 4 weeks.The efficacy was assessed by the change in PASI score with the adverse events recorded. Results The effective rates of the treatment and control group were 94.4% and(66.7%),respectively(P<0.05).The average time to show the effect in the treatment group was 10 d,and that in the control group was 14 d.There were 5(27.8%) patients in the treatment group with bearable skin irritation during the treatment. Conclusion Tacrolimus ointment 0.1% is effective,safe and tolerable in the topical treatment of plaque psoriasis vulgaris.
