| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在2型糖尿病患者中,应用彩色多普勒超声对其颈动脉进行检测的临床价值。方法对113例糖尿病患者的颈动脉进行检测,并与40名健康对照组进行统计学比较。结果糖尿病组颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)高于对照组(P<0.05),糖尿病组的斑块发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用超声对糖尿病患者颈动脉进行监测,可以直观反映出患者颈部血管硬化程度及斑块形成,对糖尿病病情进展情况及治疗效果的评估具有一定的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical vascular of the carotid artery by using color Doppler ultrasonography in type 2 diabetic. Methods Examined the carotid artery of 113 cases aged patients with type 2 diabetes, then the results were compared with 40 cases normal controls. Results The average intima-media thickness （IMT） of diabetes group was higher than the normal control group （P〈0.05）, the incidence rate of the atherosclerotic plaques in diabetes group was significantly higher than that of normal control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using uhrasonography to examine carotid artery in diabetic patients, it can directly reflect the carotid atheroselerosis and plaques. There is clinical value to evaluate progression of diabetes disease and treatment effect. |
