冬泳对代谢综合征患者相关参数的影响

摘要目的：观察冬泳对代谢综合征的相关参数，如甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血压、空腹血糖等指标的影响，探讨冬泳对代谢综合征相关参数的作用机制。方法：从湖北省荆门市冬泳协会中，选择3年以上冬泳史的冬泳爱好者。冬泳6个月以上后经统一体检，与正常体检人群对比相关指标的变化，探讨冬泳对人体健康的意义。结果：利用倾向得分匹配法（PropensityScoreMatch，PSM）匹配后，对甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血压、空腹血糖等指标匹配前后的两组平均处理效应进行估计。结论：冬泳对代谢综合征相关参数有重要意义，值得适宜人群推广。

Effects of Winter Swimming on the Parameters Related Metabolic Syndrome

Objective ： To observe the effects of winter swimming on theparameters related to metabolic syndrome, such as triglyceride, HDL -cholesterol, blood pressure, GLU and so on; to discuss the mechanism of action of winter ＇swimming on the parameters related metabolic syn- drome. Methods： We chose those who swim in winter for more than 3 years from Winter Swimming Association of Jingmen city Hubei province. Wedid a comprehensive physical examination after they insist on winter swimming for more than 6 months and compared the related indicators to the normal population tO explore the significance of winter swimming on human health. Results： We matched two groups by using propensity score match （PSM） to evaluate the average treatment effects of triglyeeride, HDL - cholesterol, blood pressure, GLU before and after matching. Conclusion： Winter swimming has positive effeetson theparameters related metabolic syndrome, it is suitable for promotion.
