湖南省社区护士自身角色认知状况调查

摘要目的：了解社区护士对自身角色的认知及社区护士能力的需求，促使社区护士更好地适应社区工作。方法：采用调查问卷的形式对湘西、怀化、邵阳3个地区的社区护士和医院护士进行调查，问卷收回后，用spssl7．0进行描述统计分析。结果：部分社区护士对于自身的角色认识不到位，社区护士承担康复保健照顾者、健康宣教者、健康档案建立和管理者、疾病预防管理者、疾病预测研究者5大角色。社区护士在具备人际交往和综合服务能力的同时，应具有预见潜在问题、独立解决问题和获取新知识的能力，还应兼顾其组织管理和科研能力的培养。结论：关注社区护士与医院护士的角色差异，完善社区护士对自身角色的认识，培养社区护士的各种能力。

Survey of the Status of Nurses community nurses cognition on their Role in Hunan

Objective： To understand the needs of community nurses＇understanding of their own roles and ability to promote the transforma- tion of nurses to better adapt to the community. Methods： In the form of questionnaires and face - to - face interviews, the community nurses （ n = 179） and hospital nurses （n = 188） in three regions of western Hunan, Huaihua, Shaoyang Were investigated on the recoveries of the ques- tionnaire, described statistical processing. Results： section of the community nurses for their roles do not know the place, The researchers com- munity nurses undertake rehabilitation health care, health education, health file creation and management, disease prevention and management, disease prediction researchers to assume five roles. Community nurses should possess interpersonal and comprehensive service capabilities while also should have met potential problems, to solve problems independently and the ability to acquire new knowledge, taking into account the organ- ization, management and scientific research ability. Conclusion： Concerned about the differences of the role of community nurses and hospital nurses, perfecting community nurses understanding, culture and community nurses in various capacities and providing the theoretical basis for nurse transformation are necessary.
