湖北省农村结核病患者结核病防治知识认知状况调查

摘要目的：了解农村结核病患者对结核病相关防治知识的知晓现状及其影响因素。方法：采用整群抽样方法，对湖北省5个市2319名农村结核病患者进行问卷调查。结果：农村居民结核病患者的结核病防治知识的总知晓率为50．84％，其中对结核病传播途径和最短治疗时间知晓率分别为50．54％和40．10％。影响结核病防治知识知晓率的因素主要包括年龄、文化程度、医疗支付方式、病人类型和人均月收入。结论：农村结核病患者结核病防治知识的知晓率较低，应加强该人群结核病知识的健康教育宣传力度。

Investigation of the Cognition on Prevention and Treatment Knowledge of Tuberculosis among the Rural Tuberculosis Patients in China

Objective： To investigate and analyze the awareness on prevention and treatment knowledge of tuberculosis, and then explore its risk factors among the rural tuberculosis patients in Hubei province, nelhods： 2319 tuberculosis patients were selected from five regions of Hubei province in this study. The investigation was completed by the questionnaire. Results： The total awareness rate on prevention and treatment knowledge of tuberculosis among rural tuberculosis patients was 50.84%, and the awareness rate of the route of transmission and the shortest treat- ment time were 50.54% and 40.10%, respectively. The further analysis showed that the risk factors of awareness rate included age, culture lev- el, medical payment ways, type of patients and average monthly income. Conclusion： The awareness rate on prevention and treatment knowledge of tuberculosis in rural regions was lower, which suggested that the health education knowledge of tuberculosis should be strengthened among the rural tuberculosis patients.
