肠镜下支架置入在直肠癌性梗阻中的应用

目的探讨肠镜下支架置入治疗直肠癌性梗阻中的应用价值。方法经肠镜下置入金属支架治疗晚期直肠癌性梗阻16例。结果 16例直肠癌性梗阻患者均成功置入金属支架,梗阻症状即刻或1～3 d后得到缓解或消除。结论经肠镜下置入金属支架治疗直肠癌性梗阻,能有效缓解或解除患者的梗阻症状,该方法操作简单、经济有效、术后并发症少,并可以显著降低患者的创伤和痛苦,提高患者的生活质量,延长生存时间,便于基层医院开展。

Application of endoscopic stenting in rectal cancer obstruction

Objective To explore the application value of endoscopic stent placement in the treatment of rectal cancer obstruction. Methods The 16 cases endoscopic placement of metal stents in the treatment of advanced coloreetal cancer obstruction. Results Sixteen cases of eoloreetal obstruction patients were successfully metal stent placement, obstructive symptoms immediately eased or eliminated. Conclusion The endoscopic placement of metallic stent in the treatment of rectal cancer obstruction, can effectively relieve or discharge of patients with obstructive symptoms, method is simple, economic and effective, less complications, and can be significantly reduced in patients with trauma and pain, improve the quality of life of patients, prolong the survival time, convenient for primary hospital.
