| 摘 要： | 目的比较伊立替康加顺铂(IP)方案与依托泊苷加顺铂(EP)方案一线治疗广泛期小细胞肺癌(SCLC)的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法 53例初治广泛期SCLC患者随机分成2组,IP组26例采用IP方案化疗,EP组27例采用EP方案化疗。结果 IP组有效率为76.92%,EP组为62.96%(P>0.05)。IP组腹泻发生率为46.15%,EP组为7.41%(P<0.05)。2组均未出现因严重毒副反应而中止治疗者。结论 IP方案用于广泛期SCLC的一线治疗,疗效可能稍优于EP方案,但应用过程中应注意严格控制腹泻。
