^18F—FLT对恶性肿瘤治疗效果的评估价值

摘    要:形态影像学作为评价恶性肿瘤治疗效果的传统方法,因所需时间较长,不能从生物学角度进行评价,逐渐被分子影像学方法所取代。^18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(^18F—FDG)PET虽然在多种肿瘤的诊断、分期及疗效监测中显示了突出的优势,但由于特异性较差,不能对恶性肿瘤的治疗效果进行准确评价。研究表明,^18F-氟胸苷(^18F-FLT)PET最大的应用前景在于监测肿瘤的治疗效果,且优于^18F—FDG。

Abstract:Morphology imaging as a traditional method to evaluate the therapeutic effect of malignant tumor, needs to much time and can' t reflect the biological changes. So it is replaced by molecular imaging method gradually. ^18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (^18F-FDG) PET imaging shows remarkable merit in the diagnosis, staging diagnosis and effcet monitoring of many kinds of tumor, but its specificity is low. So it can' t evaluate the therapeutic effect accurately. Studies show that the prospect of ^18F-fluorothymidine PET imaging is to monitor the therapeutic effect of malignant tumor, and is better than that of ^18F-FDG.
