神经外科178例重症患者合并颅内感染危险因素研究

目的探讨178例神经外科重症患者实施开路手术后并发颅内感染的危险因素。方法 2010年03月至2012年03月期间,我院诊治的178例神经外科重症患者,给予开颅手术,将并发颅内感染的发生率,以及相关因素,进行统计分析和比较。结果 178例神经外科重症开颅手术患者,术后有8例出现颅内感染,其发生率为4.49%。引流管的留置(2.81%)、手术时间≥4小时(2.81%)、脑脊液漏(3.37%)、急诊手术(3.37%),以及合并基础疾病(2.81%)的患者,其并发颅内感染的发生率明显升高,P<0.05。结论引流管留置、手术时间较长、脑脊液漏、急诊手术,以及合并基础疾病,是神经外科重症患者开颅后并发颅内感染的危险因素。

The risk factors of 178 critically ill neurosurgery patients complicated with intracranial infection

Objective To study the risk factors of critically ill neurosurgery patients complicated with intracranial infection.Methods The 178 patients with critically ill neurosurgery patients complicated with intracranial infection during the period from March 2010 to March 2012 were received the craniotomy.The incidence rate of intracranial infection was calculated and the related risk factors were analyzed.Results In 178 patients with critically ill neurosurgery patients complicated with intracranial infection,8 patients were intracranial infection after surgery and the incidence rate was 4.49%.The remaining of drainage tube(2.81%),operation time ≥4 hours(2.81%),cerebrospinal fluid leakage(3.37%),emergency surgery(3.37%) and patients with underlying diseases(2.81%),the incidence rate of intracranial infection was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk factors of critically ill neurosurgery patients complicated with intracranial infection were the remaining of drainage tube,long operation time,cerebrospinal fluid leakage,emergency surgery and underlying diseases.
