| 摘 要： | 目的运用护理程序的方法对内科护理教学进行改革，提高教学质量，培养合格护理人才。方法将3个年级各100名学生的班级按单纯随机抽样分为实验班和对照班，每班50人。实验班按照护理程序的5个步骤进行教学，对照班按照传统方式进行教学。结果实验班学生对内科护理教学效果的评价、教师对实验班学生的评价及理论考试成绩显著高于对照班。结论运用护理程序教学对提高学生综合能力有显著效果。
