温经养血法治疗颈肩部慢性软组织损伤性疼痛的随机对照研究

背景：颈肩部慢性软组织损伤性疼痛是常见病、多发病,中医药对颈肩部慢性软组织损伤性疼痛有较好的治疗效果。目的：评价温经养血中药治疗颈肩部慢性软组织损伤性疼痛的临床疗效。设计、场所、对象和干预措施：采用随机对照研究方案,将63例血虚寒凝型的颈肩部慢性软组织损伤性疼痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组31例,治疗组脱落1例,均为解放军总医院康复医学科门诊患者。患者签署知情同意书之前已经被口头或者书面告知研究过程。治疗组口服温经养血中药汤剂并配合颈椎电脑牵引治疗,对照组单纯使用颈椎电脑牵引治疗。两组均治疗14d。主要结局指标：治疗前后采用视觉模拟量表（visual analog scale,VAS）进行疼痛强度的评价,比较两组组内和组间的临床疗效。结果：治疗组治疗后VAS评分明显降低（t=5.01,P〈0.01）,对照组治疗后VAS评分也明显降低（t=4.91,P〈0.01）;治疗组与对照组的治疗前后评分差值比较,治疗组大于对照组（t=2.44,P〈0.05）。结论：温经养血法配合颈椎电脑牵引对颈肩部慢性软组织损伤性疼痛有较好的治疗作用。
