抗脂方治疗脾虚湿热型非酒精性脂肪性肝炎临床观察

目的：观察自拟抗脂方治疗脾虚湿热型非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床疗效。方法：将182例患者随机分为治疗组92例和对照组90例,治疗组予中药抗脂方治疗,对照组口服硫普罗宁片,两组均治疗6个月;观察两组临床疗效及治疗后患者肝功能、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TCh）、肝脏B超影像及症状体征变化情况。结果：治疗组与对照组比较,症候积分下降率的差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组临床总有效率为86.9%,与对照组67.7%比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组患者ALT、AST、GGT、TCh、TG及肝脏B超平均积分下降水平与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中药抗脂方对改善脾虚湿热型非酒精性脂肪性肝炎有较好的临床疗效,可明显改善患者肝功能、血脂、B超影像指标及临床证候。
