| 摘 要： | 目的：观察抗癌方联合肝动脉化疗栓塞（TACE）治疗原发性肝癌气虚血瘀型患者后,对证候、甲胎蛋白、肿瘤形态、近期疗效、生存质量及生存率的影响。方法：采用前瞻性对照研究,选择64位原发性肝癌患者（辨证属气虚血瘀型）,随机分为两组,每组各32人,治疗组患者在TACE治疗基础上口服抗癌方煎剂,对照组患者单纯行TACE治疗。结果：治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为90.62%（29/32）、65.63%（21/32）,肿瘤初次复发率分别为9.40%（3/32）、34.38%（11/32）,治疗组患者在血清AFP水平的降低及中医证候显著改善方面与对照组比较差异均有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：抗癌方联合TACE治疗原发性肝癌气虚血瘀型患者,可明显改善患者的生存质量、减少肿瘤的复发并提高患者的生存率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of Kangai Fang combined with TACE on the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,AFP form of tumor,quality of life and on survival with HCC.Methods:Sixty-four patients with the syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis,were divided into 2 groups,32 for each group.The therapeutic group trealed by with Kang ai Fang after TACE,twice a day.Control group: treated only TACE.Results:Two groups after treatment the total effective rates were 90.6%(29/32),65.63%(21/32),respectively.... |
