中医外治癌性疼痛的临床评价

中医外治癌性疼痛缺少科学的评价方法，临床研究水平有待提高。本文作者认为中医外治癌性疼痛应分清癌痛的不同类型，审因辨治，科学评价，指出了随机、双盲和对照设计的注意事项，并将吗啡滴定引入到中医外治癌性疼痛的临床研究中，既遵循了世界卫生组织三阶梯止痛原则，又不影响中医外治止痛的疗效评价。在观察指标方面，作者修订了患者疼痛日记表格，将疼痛强度评分作为中医外治癌痛的主要疗效指标，将等效吗啡用量和疼痛缓解率作为次要疗效指标。止痛起效时间、缓解持续时间和疼痛影响的评估都能反映中医外治癌痛的疗效特点。
