手指血管球瘤治疗体会

目的:探讨手指血管球瘤的诊断和治疗。方法:收集2000年至2011年诊治甲下血管球瘤13例,所有患者都有典型症状:疼痛、触痛、冷敏感。Love's试验、Hildreth's试验、冷敏感试验均阳性,部分患者有遇冷后患指疼痛史。全部病例均采取肿瘤切除手术并依赖术后病理确诊。结果:所有患者平均随访时间24个月,临床疼痛症状均明显减轻至消失,Love's试验和冷敏感试验都转为阴性,没有出现感染及甲床畸形,无复发病例。结论:临床中必须提高对血管球瘤的认识,早期诊断,早期治疗,完整切除肿瘤是提高临床疗效的关键。

The treatment outcomes of finger glomus tumours:Analysis of 13 cases

Objective:To discuss the diagnostic characteristics and treatment outcomes of glomus tumours.Methods: Between 2000 and 2011,13 patients with this disease were treated in our department.All 13 patients had the classic triad of symptoms of pain,tenderness and temperature sensitivity.Love's pin test,Hildreth's test and the cold-sensitivity test were all positive.In addition there should be a history of cold weather,holding on to cold objects,or placing the hand in cold water,aggravating the symptoms.Diagnosis was confirmed by histology after excision.Results: The average follow-up was 24 months.All patients had total relief from symptoms after surgery and Love's test and the cold-sensitivity test were always negative postoperatively.None of our patients had a wound infection or a cosmetically unacceptable nail-bed deformity.Conclusion: A better understanding of the clinical manifestation of glomus tumor shall lead to early diagnosis.Once identified,complete excision of the tumor is the best treatment.
