小儿双侧支气管异物的治疗

目的:提高小儿双侧支气管异物的诊断及治愈率,降低死亡率。方法:手术治疗5例双侧支气管异物及并发较严重并发症的患儿,采取术前治疗、全麻、高频氧通气及严密监测等措施保证手术安全性。结果:所有患儿均安全度过手术,抢救成功率100%,无手术并发症发生。结论:双侧支气管异物多为植物类异物,胸部X线表现与肺部听诊不一致时,应高度怀疑双侧异物,确诊后应尽早手术;伴有严重并发症时需以能耐受手术为前提,术中氧饱和度监测是必要的。

Treatment of bilateral bronchial foreign body in children

Objective:To elevate the rate of diagnosis and cure of the bilateral bronchia foreign body,and diminish the mortality of operation.Methods: Five cases of bilateral bronchial foreign body with severe complication were treated by pretreatment,general anesthesia,high frequent oxygen ventilation.Results: All cases were cured without any operation complication,the success rate of emergency treatment were 100 percent.Conclusion: The most common foreign body in bilateral bronchus are plants.When the chest x-ray examination and the chest auscultation is not consistent,the diagnosis of bilateral bronchial foreign body should be considered.The patient must be operated as soon as possible when the bilateral bronchial foreign body diagnosed.The operation should be performed considering the patient's general condition.SpO2 monitoring is very important for the safety of the operation.
