妊娠期糖尿病相关危险因素初探

目的:通过研究妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)在我院的发生情况,探讨GDM的相关危险因素。方法:按照2010年国际妊娠合并糖尿病研究组织最新的GDM诊断标准,对2010年12月至2011年12月在我院接受产前检查并分娩的5 063例产妇的临床资料进行分析。其中,GDM组392例,同期进行产前检查的健康孕妇401例作为对照组。采用病例-对照研究设计和多因素logistic回归分析来探讨GDM发生的危险因素。结果:单因素分析显示:孕妇年龄、糖尿病家族史、产次、孕前体重指数和空腹高甘油三酯血症与GDM的发生相关。多因素分析表明:孕妇年龄、糖尿病家族史、产次和孕前体重指数是GDM发生的危险因素。结论:对GDM高危人群应做好产前筛查,以便及时诊断和管理。

Factors related to the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus

Objective:To investigate the factors related to the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) in a single center.Methods: Data of consecutive 5063 parturient from December 2010 to December 2011 was retrospectively collected;GDM was diagnosed according to the 2010 criteria of International Association of diabetic pregnancy study group(IADPSG).392 cases of GDM were included,401 cases of healthy pregnancy females were also included as control.Risk factors of GDM were identified with Logistic regression.Results: Age,family history,parity,body mass index(BMI) as well as fasting triglyceridemia were identified as risk factors of GDM in monofactorial analysis.Ages,family history,parity,body mass index(BMI) were independent risk factors of GDM in multifactorial logistic regression.Conclusion: High risk population of GDM should be carefully screened during prenatal check-up to facilitate prompt diagnosis and management.
