摘    要:目的:评价围手术期呼吸道护理在建立蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)大鼠模型中的应用。方法:回顾性分析采用枕大池二次注血法建立203例大鼠SAH模型的实验资料。结果:采用针对性呼吸道护理前共造模87例,发生呼吸道并发症30例(34.48%),因呼吸道并发症造模失败10例(11.49%);采用针对性呼吸道护理后共造模116只,发生呼吸道并发症19例(16.38%),因呼吸道并发症失败4例(3.45%)。采用针对性呼吸道护理前后呼吸道并发症发生率及造模成功率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性呼吸道护理有助于减少围手术期呼吸道并发症,提高建模成功率和模型质量。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the applied effect of respiratory tract nursing in establishing subarachnoid Hemorrhagic rat model.Methods: To retrospectively analyze the materials of 203 rats who were operated to induct a subarachnoid Hemorrhagic model by double autologous blood injection into cisterna magna.Results: 87 rats were operated before the targeted respiratory tract nursing was applied(control group).Respiratory complications were observed in 30 cases and 10 failing cases secondary to respiratory complication were recorded.116 cases were operated with targeted respiratory Tract nursing(experimental group),only 19 respiratory complications were recorded and 4 rats died because of respiratory complication.There was a significant statistical difference in the incidence of respiratory between in experimental group and control group(P<0.005).The mortality because of respiratory complication in two groups was statistically difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Respiratory tract nursing is helpful to decrease the incidence of respiratory complication and increase the success rates in establishing subarachnoid hemorrhagic rat model.
