| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨免气腹腹腔镜胆囊切除术在老年胆囊良性疾病患者中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析2008年8月至2010年8月在我院应用腹腔镜行胆囊切除术老年患者67例的临床资料,其中免气腹腹腔镜手术31例,气腹腹腔镜手术36例。结果:两组患者均手术成功,免气腹组手术时间较气腹组长,术后并发症发生及恢复情况则优于气腹组。结论:免气腹腹腔镜胆囊切除术对老年患者减少了气腹对机体的影响,是一种较为安全、可行、有效、微创的手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the applied value of nonpneumoperitoneum in laparoscopic cholecystectomy of aged patients.Methods: The clinic data of 67 gerontal patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy from August 2008 to August 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.There were 31 cases of nonpneumoperitoneum and 36 cases of pneumoperitoneum.Results: Operation of two groups was successful.The time of operation in nonpneumoperitoneum group was longer than pneumoperitoneum group.But the incidence rate of postoperative complications in nonpneumoperitoneum group was much lower and recovery more quickly.Conclusion: The methods of nonpneumoperitoneum in laparoscopic cholecystectomy would reduce the side effect of CO2 in gerontal patients.It is a safe feasible effective and minute injury modus operandi. |
