多功能辐射充氧自血回输治疗脑梗塞伴高粘血症和高脂血症42例分析

目的：探讨脑梗塞伴高粘血症、高脂血症治疗新途径。方法：对４２例脑梗塞伴高粘血症、高脂血症的患者，采用多功能辐射充氧自血回输综合治疗，并对患者血液流变学及血脂变化与自身对照分析。结果：治疗２０ｄ后，患者血液流变学各项指标及甘油三脂、胆固醇较治疗前差异有极显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），脑梗塞治疗总有效率８８％。结论：多功能辐射充氧自血回输疗法对脑梗塞伴高粘血症、高脂血症的患者疗效确切，值得临床推广。

The Treatment of Cerebral Farction with High Viscosity Blood Symptom and Hyperlipemia by the Radiation of Multiple Functional Eguipment

Objective: To explore the new method to treat the cerebral farction with high viscosity blood symptom and hyperlipemia. Methods: 42 cases of cerebral infarction with high viscosity blood symptom and hyperlipemia were treated with the radiation of multiple function and filling oxygen and transfusion with itself blood. Patient's hemorrheology and blood lipid were compared with that before treatment. Result: After twenty days of treatment, the imdexes of hemorrheology, triglyaride and cholesterol changed significantly (P<0.01). The effective rate in cerebral infarction were 88%; Conclusion: The new method is effective and can be used in clinical practice.
