复合骨环与自体髂骨块行犬前路腰椎椎间融合术的生物力学研究

摘    要:目的:比较复合骨环与自体髂骨块行犬腰椎椎间融合的生物力学刚度。方法:8只杂种犬随机分成4组,分别以复合骨环和自体髂骨块行腰椎椎间融合,CSS万能生物力学测试机测定脊柱功能单位的5种抗载荷刚度。结果:复合骨环组在抗屈曲、抗伸展、抗侧弯和抗纵向位移方面与自体髂骨块组间存在显著性差异。结论:复合骨环行腰椎椎间融合明显优于自体髂骨块,可以成为理想的脊柱融合材料。

Abstract:Objective: To compare the biomechanical strength of composite ring and tricortical block for anterior lumbar interbody fusion.Methods:Eight dogs were divided into four groups randomly,anterior lumbar interbody fusion were performed with two kinds of materials separately.The biomechanical testing was performed by using CSS electrical mechanical testing machine to evaluate the strength to resist bending,extending,lateral bending,axial torsion and axial displacement of the fusion unit.Results:There were significant difference in the strength to resist bending,extending,lateral bending,axial torsion and axial displacement of the fusion unit between the two groups.Conclusions:Composite ring is significantly superior to tricotical block biomechanically for anterior lumbar interbody fusion,which is an ideal material for spinal fusion.
