乳腺癌综合规范治疗的临床经济学评价

目的:为实施乳腺癌规范治疗,提高医疗质量,改善患者生存质量,节约医疗成本,降低乳腺癌患者医疗费用,进行乳腺癌的临床经济学评价.方法:对江苏省肿瘤医院2003年1月～2007年9月收治的1 164例乳腺癌住院患者(非规范综合治疗1 036例,规范治疗128例)的病例资料及费用明细数据进行回顾性分析和最小成本法分析.结果:非规范与规范的乳腺癌综合治疗患者平均住院天数为60.59天和39.84天;平均住院次数为3.77次与2.52次;平均住院总费用分别为54 863.27元和33 426.71元,均有显著性差异.结论:乳腺癌综合治疗费用较高,实施规范治疗后,住院天数、住院次数和平均住院总费用均降低;相同临床治疗效果下,规范治疗比非规范治疗要好.可见,规范治疗在临床经济学上更可行,且具有较好的推广应用价值.

Clinical economic evaluation of comprehensive standardized diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer
