维吾尔族、汉族幽门螺杆菌感染对比研究

目的了解幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,HP)感染在维吾尔族与汉族间是否存在民族差异。方法对有消化道症状的392例维吾尔族患HP感染状况与随机抽取同期检查有消化道症状的459例汉族患者进行对比分析。用1%洗必泰或“擦立净”消毒胃镜及活检钳,待胃镜检查后距幽门口5 cm之内取胃窦粘膜2~4块,用于病理组织学检查,方法为G iem sa染色,确定HP的存在。结果维吾尔族和汉族两组患者胃粘膜HP感染有显著性差异(χ2=30.76,P<0.001),维吾尔族女性患者HP阳性率明显高于汉族女性;在疾病分类中慢性浅表性胃炎维吾尔族患者HP阳性率明显高于汉族;维吾尔族间HP感染无性别差异。结论HP感染存在民族差异。

Contrast-Study on Helicobacter pylori(HP)Infection in Uygur and Han People

Objective To investigate whether Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection rate exists difference between Uygur and Han people.Methods Two groups(392 cases of Uygur patients and 459 cases of Han patients) of HP positive were randomly analyzed retrospectively.Results It was concluded that there was difference in HP positive rate of gastric mucosa betwean the two groups.HP infection rate of the Uygur women was very higher than that of Han women.HP positive rate of the Uygur was very higher than that of the Han in patients with chronic superficial gastritis.There was no difference of HP positive rate in sex in the Uygur.Conclusions Threr is difference in HP infection positive rate between the Uygur and Han nationality.
