CD44v6与大肠癌病理特征的关系及意义

目的 探讨CIM4v6在大肠癌中的表达与病理特征的关系。方法 对79例大肠癌标本进行免疫组织化学染色（S-P法），采用单克隆抗体CD44v6进行标记。结果 CD44v6阳性率：结肠癌51．52％（17／33），直肠癌71．74％（33／46）；高中分化腺癌组64．52％（40／62），其他组52．94％（9／17），浸肌层组55％（11／20），浸浆膜组65％（39／60），有转移组77．50％（31／40），无转移组48．71％（19／39）。CD44v6的表达与大肠癌的发生部位、组织学分型及浸润深度无明显关系，CD44v6曲表达与大肠癌淋巴结转移明显相关。结论 CD44v6可作为判断大肠癌复发及预后的一个重要因素。

The ralation and significance between expression of CD44v6 in patients with colorectal cancer and pathological factors

Objective To research the comelation between expression of CD44v6 in colorectal cancer and pathological factors. Methods The expression of CD44v6 in 79 cases with colorectal cancer was examined by im-munohistochemical staining. Results Our data showed that the expression of CD44v6 in colorectal cancer was not correlated with tumor region,depth of invasion and histologic type. The frequency of positive caseas in patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0. 01) , therefore. The expression of CD44v6 was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis. . Conclusions CD44v6 may be a recurrence and prognostic indicator in patients with colorectal cancer. It is very useful for patients with colorectal cancer in higher expression of CD44v6 adopting adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
