外科模板在牙种植术中的定位、导向作用的临床评价

目的:评价牙种植术中,使用外科模板对种植体植入的位置、方向的精确性以及对修复效果的影响。方法:拟种植修复的病例经仔细检查及模型研究后制作外科模板,根据模板的指引在进行牙种植术时使种植体精确定位、定向。结果:使用外科模板引导植入的牙种植体,均能准确地定位、定向,最终达到理想的修复。结论:外科模板引导,是牙种植术中必不可少的环节,对种植体的定位、定向及将来的修复有极其重要的意义。

Clinical evaluation of location and orientation functions of surgical template in tooth implantation

Objective:To evaluate the function of surgical template on location and orientation of implant and effect of prosthesis in tooth implantation. Method: For those cases, which would be treated with implantation prostheses, surgical templates were prepared after careful examination of those cases and investigation of models of them, and then implants were located and oriented by the templates. Result: The curative effects of those cases of tooth implantation, which used surgical templates, were all perfect because of fine location and orientation. Conclusion: Surgical template is very necessary in tooth implantation. It is remarkably important for location and orientation of implant and following prosthesis.
