| 摘 要： | 目的总结血管内注射硬化剂治疗食管静脉曲张的经验。方法对21例食管静脉曲张患者行内镜下血管内硬化注射治疗,其中16例为急诊硬化治疗。结果静脉曲张消失率85%,急诊止血率93.75%,并发近期再出血2例,占9.5%;食管穿孔1例,占4.76%;食管轻度狭窄1例,占4.76%。结论血管内硬化注射是治疗食管静脉曲张的一种安全、有效、相对较经济的治疗方法,并发症较少,急诊硬化治疗效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To summerize the experiences of endoscopic variceal sclerotherapy (EVS) for esophageal variceal patients.Methods EVS treatment was performed in 21 patients, 16 of which were received immediate sclerotherapy.Results The esophageal varices disappeared rate was 85%;stopping bleeding in emergency was 93.75%; The rebleeding rate was 9.5%(2 cases in this group); the esophageal perforate rate was 4.76%(one case in this group). Conclusion The EVS is one safe, economic and effective therapeatic method with less complications for the esophageal variceal patients, especially in emergency. |
