| 摘 要： | 目的加强护理全程管理，提高护理工作质量。方法实施护士长24h值班制，参与危重病人抢救、医疗纠纷处理等。结果提高了护理工作环节质量和病人满意度，增强了护士的综合素质和护士长的管理水平、解决问题能力。结论通过护士长值班制的实施，提升了全院的护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To enhance nursing management of whole process and to improve the quality of nursing. Method The head nurse on duty system was applied in nursing management. The head nurses took on duty in the whole day to participate in the rescue of severe patients and deal with medical disputes. Results This practice improved the quality of nursing,increased patient＇ s satisfaction,strengthened nurses＇ comprehensive quality and enhanced head nur- ses＇ management level and abilities of problem resolving. Conclusion The practice of head nurses on duty system can improve the quality of nursing. |
