器质性精神障碍误诊31例资料分析

目的：探讨器质性精神障碍最常见的误诊因素及对诊疗的影响，以利于提高诊疗水平，降低误诊率。方法：用自行设计的调查表收集造成误诊的可能因素，并通过统计筛查其中主要的误诊因素。结果：误诊资料中临床症状多表现为情感症状、行为障碍及意识障碍；误诊疾病以精神分裂症、情感障碍、癔症为多；误诊原因以病史收集欠祥，临床检查不深入、诊断思路不正确、观察不仔细为突出。结论：器质性精神障碍的主要误诊因素以病史采集不详、临床检查粗浅、对症状认识的不一致，应引起警惕和高度重视。

An analysis of 31 misdiagnosed organic mental disorders

Objective:The study aimed to probe into the factors which caused incorrect diagnosis.Methods:The probable risk factors,which bring about the wrong diagnosis,were screened out.Results: The main clinical picture were affective disturbance,behavioral disorders and disturbance of consciousness;The main diagnoses were Schizophrenia,affective disorders and Hysteria.Conclusions: The risk factors for incorrect diagnosis for organic psychiatric were the undetailed history collection and mental status examination,the inconsistency for assessing the clinical symptoms.
