| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨新兵心理应付方式的特点及其影响因素 ,为改善新兵心理应付方式提供依据。方法 采用应付方式问卷、艾森克个性问卷和生活事件量表 ,对 2 5 7例新兵和 2 69名老兵进行评定 ,并对新兵心理应付方式的影响因素进行了逐步回归分析。结果 新兵比老兵多采用自责、幻想和退缩应付方式 ,个性特征、生活事件、文化程度是影响新兵心理应付方式的主要因素。结论 新兵多采用不成熟的心理应付方式 ,且与个性、心理刺激和文化程度等因素有关

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the characteristic and influencing factors of recruits' psychological coping style and provide evidence for improving it.Methods Coping Style Questionnaire(CSQ),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) and Life Event Scale(LES) were applied to evaluate 257 recruits and 269 veterans,the influencing factors were studied with stepwise regression.Results self-blame,illusion and retreat scores of CSQ were higher in recruits than in veterans.Stepwise regression found that personality,life event and educational level were the main influencing factors closely related to the coping style of the recruits.Conclusions Recruits often use juvenile coping style,personality,life event and educational level have some influence on coping style. |
