舒芬太尼复合氟比洛芬酯用于乳癌根治术术后静脉自控镇痛的临床研究

目的比较氟比洛芬酯复合舒芬太尼与单纯舒芬太尼在乳腺癌根治术后静脉镇痛的临床效果。方法乳腺癌60例随机分为2组，每组30例，采用常规静吸复合麻醉。镇痛方案：对照组术后舒芬太尼100pg用生理盐水稀释至100mL进行镇痛；实验组给予舒芬太尼50pg加氟比洛芬酯200mg，用生理盐水稀释至100mL进行镇痛。术后随访24h，分别记录术后1、4、10、20、24h5个时间点患者的VAS、镇静评分、用药量以及恶心、呕吐、头晕和呼吸抑制（SPO2〈90％或呼吸次数〈10次）等不良反应。结果两组术后24h内。对照组舒芬太尼用量为（32．7±7．4）μg，明显多于实验组的（12．3±6．4）μg（P〈0．05）。对照组Ramsay镇定评分在术后1、4、10h3个时间点显著高于实验组（P〈0．05）。所有患者术后镇痛期间循环功能稳定。实验组的不良反应发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论氟比洛芬酯复合舒芬太尼应用于乳腺癌根治术后患者镇痛效果良好，可减少舒芬太尼的使用剂量，且不良反应较少。

Study the effect of flurbiprofen acetil combined with sufentamil and alone through intravenous postoperatively in radical mastectomy

OBJECTIVE To compare the analgesic effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil and sufentanil alone used through intravenous postoperatively in radical mastectomy. METHODS Sixty patients suffer from breast cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups： flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil group and sufentanil group. The visual analogue scale（VAS） and Ramsay scores Were used to evaluate the analgesic effect at 1,4, 10, 20, 24h. As well, the incidence of side effects were recorded postoperatively. RESULTS There was no significant difference in general condition between two groups. The scores of Ramsay in group flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil were obviously lower than in group sufentanil at 1,4, 10h after operation （P 〈 0.05） . The incidence of side effects of group flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil was signifcantly lower than that in group sufentanil （P 〈 0.05）.CONCLUSION Flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil has a good analgesic effect, and can reduce the dose of sufentanil and the incidence of side effects
