| 摘 要： | 体外实验,79例正常人PBL诱生的LAK细胞分别对13例新鲜急性白血病细胞和K562细胞的杀伤活性,较7例未经IL—2激活的PBL对同样靶细胞的杀伤活性明显高。适宜浓度的人参茎叶皂甙可明显增强LAK细胞抗肿瘤活性。提示人参茎叶皂甙对辅助LAK细胞联合IL—2过继输入治疗恶性肿瘤有潜在的使用价值。

| Abstract: | LAK cells, prepared by incubating PBLs of 79 normal adults in culture medium with IL-2, showed the evident killing activity to acute leukemia cells from 13 patients and K_(582) cells. The killing activity was markedly higher than that of PBLs prepared in the absence of IL-2 Genseng stem-leaf saponins of appropriate concentration could increase the antitumor activity of LAK cells markedly. These results suggest that genseng stem-leaf saponins have potential practical value in increasing therapeutic efficacy of adoptive immunotherapy with LAk cells plus IL-2 for treatment of malignant tumor. |
