重庆地区圈养梅花鹿血液营养成分研究

随机抽样8只人工圈养的梅花鹿，进行了血液常规指标、无机元素、蛋白组分、氨基酸含量的测试研究。结果：血液红细胞数平均为5．4±0．35X10X12；白细胞总数4．00＋0．41X109；血红蛋白127．50±2．45g／L；血清总蛋白64．40±2．60g/L，白蛋白23．68±3．71g／L球蛋白40．72±2．60g／L；10种血清无机元素，其中磷、锌、铜、铁、锰含量较高；血清含17种氨基酸，包括人和动物体必需的8种氨基酸。说明梅花鹿血液中含有较高的红细胞和白细胞、充足的无机元素、丰富的蛋白质和氨基酸。

The Analyses of Blood Nutritoin of Artificially-reared Sika Deer In Chongqing

We use 8 artificially-reared sika deer to test and analyze the conventional blood indexes, trace elements, protein composition, and amino acid content. The result shows that the average number of red blood cells of deer is 5.4±0.35X10X12;total number of white blood cells is 4.00±0.41X109;hemoglobin is 127.50± 2.45g/L;blood proteinis 64.40±2.60g/L; albumins is 23.68±3.71g/L ,and globulin is 40.72±2.60g/L. The content of 10 trace elements, including phosphorus, zinc, copper, iron and manganese is tested to be relatively high. 17 amino acids are found in total in the blood of deer, including 8 acids necessary for human body and animals. The analysis shows that the sika deer＇s blood contains high content of red and white blood cells, sufficient trace elements, nutritional protein and amino acid.
