113例妊娠相关血小板减少症临床分析

目的:系统研究妊娠相关血小板减少症的临床特征和处理。方法:回顾分析113例妊娠相关血小板减少症的临床资料。结果:81.5%(92/113)属于轻度血小板减少,剖宫产和自然分娩两种方式出血量比较无显著差别,产后血小板多在一周内恢复正常。结论:血小板减少症诊断首先排除其它原因引起的血小板减少,如无产科手术指针,分娩方式应以阴道分娩为宜,血小板<30×109/L,应输注血小板后行剖宫产。

Clinical Analysis of 113 Cases with Pregnancy Associated Thrombocytopenia

Objective To investigate and sum up the clinical features and management of pregnancy associated thrombocytopenia(PAT).Methods The data of 113 cases with PAT were analyzed retrospectively.Results 81.5% PAT cases(92/113) had mild thrombocytopenia(50-100×109/L).There was no difference of blood lost between vaginal delivery and cesarean section.Platelets counts usually recovered to normal in one week after delivery.Conclusion To make PAT diagnosis,we have to exclude other thrombocytopenia.Natural vaginal delivery is permitted if no indication of cesarean section was present.But PAT with platelet less than 20×109/L,platelets transfusion is needed and cesarean section is the first choice for delivery.
