| 摘 要： | 目的探讨环氧化酶2(COX-2)基因启动子区的单核苷酸多态性,并研究其与病毒性乙型肝炎相关性肝癌发病风险的关系。方法采取以人口为基础的病例对照研究,收集湖北省汉族人630例:210例病毒性乙型肝炎相关性肝癌患者、210例慢性病毒性乙型肝炎患者和210例健康对照。通过聚合酶链反应-限制性片段多态性的方法,研究其启动子区-1195位单核甘酸多态性:-1195 G/A。结果-1195 A等位基因携带者乙肝相关性肝癌的发病风险增高(OR=1.388,95%CI-1.057-1.823)。结论-1195 A等位基因可能会成为乙肝相关性肝癌高危人群的预测标记。
