| 摘 要： | 本文报告了5例淋巴组织疾病的免疫组化特征。例1为结节病,上皮样结节间淋巴细胞呈现全T(+)T_H(+);例2,5为B细胞来源的淋巴瘤,瘤细胞示全T(-),T_H(-)和T_S(-);另2例是T细胞淋巴瘤,其中例3瘤细胞示全T(+),T_H(-)和T_S(+),而例4瘤细胞为全T(+),T_H(+)和T_S(-)。作者认为仅根据形态学常难以区分淋巴瘤各个亚型以及未分化癌,单克隆抗体用于鉴别诊断是必要的。

| Abstract: | Immunohistochemical characteristics of five cases with lymphorliferative disease are reported. Case 1 was diagnosed as sarcoidosis, in which lymphoid cells between epithelioid nodules were Pan-T(+), Th(+)and Ts(-), Cases 2 and 5 were malignant lymphoma derived from B-cll, and these tumor cells showed Pan-T(-), Th(-) and Ts(-).Another two cases were T-cell lympoma; the tumor cells in case 3 showed Pan-(+), Ts(+), Th(-); and in case 4 Th (+), Ts(-). The authers consider it difficult to differentiate between various subsets of lymphomas and undifferentiated carcinomas based only on morphological findings, and it necessary to use monoclonal antibodirs for the differentiated diagnosis. |
