| Abstract: | BACKGROUNDSome cases of acute myocarditi s had elevation of ST segment in the electrocardiogram (ECG), and therefore it was similar with acute myocardial infarct(AMI) and was easily misdiagnosed. CASE REPORT2 cases of acute myocarditis have serious clinical manif estation, heart failure, and arrythmia.DIS CUSSI ONAcute myocardiditis must be carefully differentiated with AMI. |
