摘    要:采用单克隆抗体免疫荧光技术,流式细胞术检测,观察了1.5GyX射线单次全身照射(剂量率0.286Gy/min)对小鼠胸腺细胞CD3分子表达的影响,及胸腺细胞亚群和细胞周期的变化。结果表明,中等剂量照射后,胸腺细胞CD3分子的百分率明显增高,胸腺细胞CD3阳性细胞比例为对照组的177.61%。同时,胸腺中CD4+及CD8+细胞比例亦显著增加,分别为对照的202.5%及165.87%。然而,胸腺中CD4+、CD8+细胞的比例显著降低,为对照组的68.28%,与此同时,胸腺细胞周期中S期细胞比例明显降低,为对照组的55.14%。

Abstract:The effect of whole body irradiation on CD3 expression of thymocytes was investigated in Kunming mice which were irradiated with 15 Gy X-rays at the dose rate of 0.286 Gy/min.At 18h after irradiation the mice were sacrificed and the changes of CD0 ,CD4 ,CD8 cells were measured by flow cytometry with immunofluorescence.The results showed that the CD8cells in the irradiated group increased 177.61 percent over the control group because of the increase of CD4 CD8- and CD4-CD8 cells with CD3 complex while the CD4 CD8 cells markedly decreased following irradiation.
