泻药性便秘与衰老相关指标关系的实验研究

目的通过建立便秘大鼠模型,检测其衰老相关指标,探讨便秘与衰老的相关性。方法在饲料中加入大黄,通过观察大鼠24 h粪便形态、重量、数量(粒数)以及测定肠道传输功能,确定泻药性便秘大鼠造模成功。比较正常组与模型组血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量,计算胸腺、脾脏指数以及大脑海马体中klotho蛋白表达水平。结果与正常组大鼠相比,模型组大鼠24 h粪便重量、数量,肠道活性炭推进百分比,血清SOD水平,胸腺指数,大脑海马体klotho蛋白浓度、klotho目的蛋白光密度值和klothoβctin光密度值均显著降低(P0.01或P0.05)。结论便秘与大鼠衰老指标有相关性,其机理尚需进一步研究。

Laxative-induced constipation on age-related indices:an experimental study

Objective To explore the correlation of constipation and aging,by detecting age-related indi-ces of rat constipation model.Methods The rats were fed with Rhubarb powder,then the shape,color, weight and number of feces and the intestinal transport function within 24 h were measured to confirm the successful model.The serum SOD,thymus index and spleen index,and the expression of klotho protein in the hippocampus were compared between the healthy rats and the model rats.Results Compared with the healthy rats,the weight and number of feces of model rats within 24 h,percentages of the intestinal propulsion of activated carbon,the level of serum SOD,thymus index,and klotho protein expression in the hippocampus,as well as the optical density of the klotho target protein and klothoβctin,all declined significantly(P <0.01 or P <0.05).Conclusion Laxative-induced constipation has a certain correla-tion with aging,but its mechanism should be done.
