| Abstract: | As one of modem financing instruments, the use of intellectual property rights for pledge and financing has opened up an effective financing channel for small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises in China. This paper analyzed the situation of intellectual property rights used for pledge and financing in Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises, and the strategies were put forward. |
