牛黄解毒丸红外指纹图谱双指标序列分析

摘    要:目的:建立一种快速、准确的鉴别牛黄解毒丸的方法。方法:利用共有峰率、变异峰率两个指标,以不同厂家与批号的牛黄解毒丸的红外指纹图谱为标准,计算出所测样品相对于该标准品的共有峰率和变异峰率,按照共有峰率的大小,建立不同的共有峰率和变异峰率双指标序列方法。结果:利用共有峰率和变异峰率双指标序列分析法可以对2个以及多个中药样品进行方便可靠的鉴别。结论:此方法是一种符合中药自身特点的光谱分析方法,可以准确区分不同厂家和批号的牛黄解毒丸。

Duel-Index Sequence Analysis of Niuhuang Jiedu Piluae by Infrared Fingerprint

Abstract:Objective: To establish a fast and accurate identification method for Niuhuang Jiedu piluae. Methods: A two-index method of common and variant peak ratio was applied and the values were calculated by means of duel-index sequential analysis. The standards of infrared (IR) fingerprint spectra were set up for Niuhuang Jiedu piluae produced by different manufacturer and with different lot numbers. Common and variant peak ratio of the samples were calculated against the standards and according to the size of common peak ratio the duel-index sequential method for different common and variant peak ratio was established. Results: The duel-index sequential analysis can be applied to identify two or more herb samples. Conclusion: In accordance with the characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine, this spectral analysis method can be used to distinguish Niuhuang Jiedu piluae produced by different manufacturers on each lot basis.
