| Abstract: | Vaccination is one of the most economic and effective means to prevent infectious diseases. Vaccine is usually given to healthy people, therefore, it requires higher safety standards. This article reviewed the influencing factors and reasons causing the adverse events after vaccination and the lessons we should learn from history events. Scientific methods for evaluating the safety of vaccines across the life cycle of vaccine development were also introduced in this article. |
