摘    要:目的:探讨治疗病理性瘢痕的新方法.方法:我院自1992年6月至1997年5月对31例病理性瘢痕患者进行了铱源术后贴敷照射的临床观察.治疗于术后一周拆线后即始,参考点剂量为10~20GY/1~2F.结果:随访1~6年,总有效率90.3%.无明显不良反应及并发症.结论:初步观察表明,此法安全、无创伤、疗程短、疗效好.所用铱源半衰期短,定位精确,且其剂量学特征对周围正常组织的防护极为有利,是治疗病理性瘢痕较理想的方法.临床放疗最佳时机和剂量的选择及足量照射的判定标准等尚在进一步研究中.

Abstract:Purpose:To explore the new way of treating hypertrophic and keloid scars. Methods:From June 1992 to May 1997,the clinical observation for the postoperative mould radiotherapy has been done in 31 patients suffered from hypertrophic and keloid scars. Once the wound healed up,the treatment would have begun. The distance of reference point is 5mm and the dos-esranged from 10 to 20GY/1~2F. Results:The total responding rate is 90. 3% with 1~6 year's follow up. The obvioulsly side effects and complications could'nt be found. Conclusion: The primary observation shows that it is the new,safe and effetive regime with a short course. Using Iridium 192 mould irradiation of branchytherapy,besides the short half-life and exact location, its feature of dosimetry especiouly favoured the preservation of surrounding normal tissue. But how to choice the best beginning time and doses in clinical treament and which indication are available to the observation of skin responce and so on still need fur-ther investingation.
