突变型P53蛋白、PCNA的表达与肺癌病理组织学的关系

目的:为探讨突变型P53蛋白、PCNA(增殖细胞核抗原)的表达与肺癌病理组织学的关系.方法:应用免疫组化ABC法检测112例原发性肺癌的P53蛋白、PCNA的表达.结果:①突变型P53表达的阳性率为45%;②突变型P53与PC-NA的表达关系密切,PCNA强阳性的P53强阳性率为86%,显著高于其他组(P<0.01);③P53强阳性率、PCNA强阳性率均以腺癌组为最低(P<0.05);④P53、PCNA的表达与肺癌分期间的关系不密切(P>0.05).结论:提示突变型P53蛋白、PCNA的表达可作为肺癌患者预后判断的客观指标.

Study on Relationship Between Overexpression of P53 Protein and PCNA and the Clinical and Pathological Bahavior in Lung Cancer

Purpose:To study the relation of the expression of P53 protein and proliferation cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)to the clinical and pathological behavior. Methods:By using immunohistochemical ABC method. Results; (1) Overexpression of P53 protein can be found in 45%of the lung cancers . (2) P53 Overexpression was related to the expression fo PCNA,P53 strong posi-tive rates were significant higher in PCNA strong positive groups(86%)than in other ones(P<0. 01). (3) The strong positive rates of P53 protein and PCNA were the most lower in the adenocarcinoma groups(P<0. 05). (4) Overexpression of P53 protein and PCNA were not associated with the clinical stages of the lung cancer(P<0. 05). Conclusion:This study indicates that the Overexpression of P53 protein and PCNA could be used as the useful prognosis factors for the patients with lung cancer.
