摘    要:目的:探讨血清和尿中假尿苷(ψ)检测对鼻咽癌的临床价值.方法:用高效液相色谱法测定了50例正常人、18例鼻咽炎症患者、20例鼻咽良性占位性病变患者和68例鼻咽癌患者血清和尿中ψ的含量.结果:鼻咽癌组的平均血清ψ4.32±1.40 mol/ml,显著高于鼻咽炎症组3.07±0.33(P<0.001)、鼻咽良性占位病变组2.97±0.29(P

Abstract:Purpose:To explore the clinical significance of serum and urinary pseuouridine(?) determination in nasopharyn-geal carcinoma. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography assay was used to detect the concentration of serum and uri-nary (?) in 68 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma?20 nasopharyngeal benign space occupying lesion? 18 nasopharyngeal in-flammation and 50 healthy subjects. Results:The average of serum (?) level in the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (4. 32 ?. 40nmol/ml) waa significantly higher than that in the patients with nasopharyngeal benign space occupying lesion (2. 97?. 29, P<0. 001), nasopharyngeal inflammation (3. 07?. 33, P<0. 001)? and healthy subjects (3. 08?. 49, P<0. 001). The mean urinary (?) concentration in the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (28. 6?. 2nmol/?mol creatinine) was significantly higher than that in the patients with nasopharyngeal benign space occupying lesion (21. 2?. 0, P<0. 001? nasopharyngeal in-flammation (21. 4?. 9, P<0. 001)? and healthy controls (21. 6?. 9, P<0. 001). In nasopharyngeal carcinoma at stage from I to ? , the positive rates of serum (?) were 11.1%, 50. 0%, 72. 7% and 88. 2%, and the positive rates of urinary (?) were 11. 1% , 50. 0% , 68. 2% and 88. 2% , respectively. After effective radiotherapy, the amount of (?) was reduced in 5/6 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma at stage from ? to IV . Conclusion:It was suggested that (?) is a useful marker for diagnosing, judging stage of illness and monitoring effectiveness of therapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
