室性早搏患者音乐治疗与康复关系的研究

目的深入了解室性早搏患者存在的心理情绪障碍,探讨音乐治疗的临床价值以及音乐治疗与室性早搏患者康复的关系.方法实验组在入院当天和音乐治疗2周后、对照组在入院当天和入院2周后分别进行SCL-90症状自评量表测试和24 h动态心电图的检查.结果实验组患者音乐治疗前后,躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性9个因子分均值都有显著性差异（P＜0.05）,24 h动态心电图检测结果及心律失常疗效评估表明,实验组与对照组有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.结论音乐疗法能改善室性早搏患者的心理、情绪障碍,心理健康有明显的提高,同时早搏数量明显减少,心律失常的治疗效果得到提高,另外患者的心慌、胸闷、胸痛等症状也明显减轻,提高了生活质量.

The Investigation of the Relationship Between Musicotherapy and Convalescence in Patients with Premature Ventricular Extrasystole

Objective To further understand the emotional disturbance occurred in patients with premature ventricular extrasystole(PVE),and to investigate the relationship between musicotherapy and convalescence.Methods PVE patients had taken the test of SCL-90 Psychiatric Symptom Self-test Scale and 24-hour Holter when admitted.Those were inspected again 2 weeks after patients in the experiment group had undertaken music therapy treatment.Patients in the control group were also inspected 2 weeks after admission.Results As to the 9 factors of SCL-90 Psychiatric Symptom Self-test Scale,such as somatization,obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoia and psychosis,the average score of the PVE patients was significantly different before and after musicotherapy treatment in the experiment group(P<0.05).The outcomes of 24-hour Holter and the curative effect of the experiment group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The musicotherapy can ameliorate the mental and emotional disorders,thereby improve the mental health of PVE patients obviously.Meanwhile,the occurrence of PVE might diminish significantly;the symptoms such as fluster,chest depression,and chest pain,might be relieved and the quality of life might be improved.
